Shipping information

Deliveries within Germany are generally free of charge.

Orders are usually shipped on the same day until approximately 1:00 pm.

Soon-to-be-available items

Items with the status "Soon-to-be-available" can be pre-ordered.
As soon as the goods are available for shipping, pre-orders will be shipped.
The delivery times listed below will apply then.

If you order an item that is immediately available and an item that is pre-orderable, the order will be shipped as soon as everything is available.

Deliveries within Germany:

UPS Express Saver (delivery time: 1 day, delivery Monday - Friday)

Freight shipping (delivery time: 1-3 days, depending on telephone agreement)

As soon as we have created the shipping labels for your order, you will receive your invoice and your tracking ID(s) by email.

A surcharge of 59.50€ will be charged for freight shipping to German islands.

Deliveries within the EU:

UPS Standard (delivery time: 1-3 days, delivery Monday - Friday)

Freight shipping (delivery time: 2-5 days, depending on telephone agreement)

VAT calculation:

Quick-Star GmbH participates in the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) procedure.
Deliveries within the EU to end consumers are calculated with the applicable value-added tax in the destination country.
Deliveries to business customers with a valid VAT identification number are exempt from tax.

Export deliveries outside the EU:

UPS (delivery time: 1-4 days, delivery Monday - Friday)

The goods are invoiced at net prices.
Orders are accepted up to €999.99. (Multiple orders under €999.99 are possible)

Customs formalities are handled by the shipping service provider.

You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or shipping service provider fees that may apply.
